Build 200827 27 August, 2020	- Improved: When preparing Ancestry Charts, the program now limits the analysis such that no individual will appear more than eight times on different paths.  For most projects, this will have no effect whatsoever, but it will prevent unexpected program errors and avoid excessive processing when the project includes a very large number of multiple paths for an individual as a result of inter-branch marriages.

Build 190527 27 May, 2019	- Fixed: In French reports, unmarried female partners are now each described as "conjointe".  (Previously, one partner was described as conjoint.) - Fixed: In Spanish reports, the superscripted ordinal "ª" is now correctly used for female relations. - Fixed: In Norwegian reports, removed cousins were incorrectly descibed. - Improved: In Danish and Norwegian reports, "." is added to the day number in full dates. - Improved: In GEDCOM files that include CHIL data with no corresponding FAMC data, the assumption is now that the child pedigree is natural (instead of adopted). - Improved: When reporting one photograph per page, landscape images are rotated by 90 degrees (as was always the case for documents). - New: Support for "main"photos in Family Tree Maker - these correspond to preferred images and will appear as thumbnails in reports. - New: “_TYPE DOC” (exported by Legacy) is now processed as equivalent to “_TYPE DOCUMENT”.

Build 170929 29 September, 2017	- Fixed: Numerous unpredictable formatting errors in Microsoft Word reports created with more recent versions of Microsoft Word.  Word is now closed and restarted between section files. - Fixed: Microsoft Word reports now comply with  the specified top and bottom margin preference settings. - Improved: Dutch verb tense for occupation narratives (werd/was). - Improved: Events listed in the indexes for the same individual/family for the same date now appear in logical order.  Previously death could precede birth, for example.

Build 140606 6 June, 2014	- Fixed: The translations for "From" and "To" (dates) were absent for a number of languages, resulting in no qualifier being reported.  This affected reports created in Catalan, Danish, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian and Portuguese.  These qualifiers are now translated and reported correctly. - Improved: URL references to image files in GEDCOM files created by Ancestry.com are now ignored because these incorrectly reference a web page, not the remotely stored image file.  This avoids the very slow loading of such GEDCOM files.

Build 130702 2 July, 2013	- Improved: The “Interpret OCCU place as description” import preference now separates the occupation description and place from the PLAC record for Family Tree Builder 2012.  (Previously, it separated using the combination format used by FTM 2006.  Note that FTM 2008 and 2010 do not require this preference because these versions adhere to the GEDCOM standard.) - Improved: BLOB records with no data are now ignored.  This avoids Unexpected Program Errors when loading GEDCOM files exported by Ahnen-Chronik (German genealogy program) which erroneously contain spurious BLOB/CONT tags as well as FILE tags.

Build 61005 5 October, 2006	- "Index of Occupations" now correctly includes place in addition to address. - The installation now ensures that the necessary Microsoft system file "scrrun.dll" is correctly installed and registered on the user's system.  This should prevent the possibility of "Unexpected Program Error (429)" during the reading of the GEDCOM file.
